Do you accept returns/refunds?

If your piece is broken in transit, please contact us within 24hrs with a photo of the damged item and box so that we can organise a refund.

Otherwise all sales are final. Please consider carefully when choosing and understand that, as a handmade item, there will be slight variation in form, glaze and size.

Can I collect from your studio?

Yes. Call me on 0404 861234 to arrange a time that suits

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes. They are also microwave safe but please be careful of putting hot dishes onto cold surfaces as this may cause them to crack due to thermal shock.

Do you wholesale?

Sadly no. My studio is too small and my production rate is too slow!

Can you ship very large orders

Yes. Depending on size and weight of a large order we will email you a quote.
